Rice Vermicelli (bun kho) 400g
Vietnamese Vermicelli Noodles 1.2mm
Pure Rice Flour 98%, Water 2%
Soak the dry rice vermicelli in water at 25C for about 20 minutes or until pliable
Drain and rinse again with cold water
Can be used in a stir fry,soup vermicelli, or salad rolls
