Konjac noodles, also called shirataki noodles, are made from the root of the Konjac plant - an Asian vegetable.
Known as a wonder food, they contain very few calories, carbs or fat.
This traditional Japanese ingredient is ideal for a Japanese style hot pot (Sukiyaki), also perfect in stews such as nikujaga, or for a quick oriental stir-fry.
Suitable for vegans
Water, Konjac flour* (3%), Firming agent [Calcium hydroxide].
Store in a cool and dark place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
Drain and rinse well before use. If use as a noolde or spagettie alternative, cook for 1 minute before adding to your choice of sauces or soups.
